Operations Manager (West Caldwell, NJ)

Manage the company and oversee daily operations. Review financial statements, sales, activity reports, procurement, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to identify areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. Direct and coordinate financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. Set objectives to ensure overall delivery and the best quality of all services to customers. Recommend organizational process and policy changes. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Management is required. 2 years of experience in the job or as a General Manager in any industry is required. 40 hrs/wk.
